Internal Use Only License Agreement
This Internal Use Only License Agreement (“Agreement”) is agreed by and between IndoCreativeMedia (“Licensor”) and you (“Licensee”) accepting the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant:
1.1. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Essenzia Bludit theme (the “Product”) solely for internal business purposes.
2. Scope of Use:
2.1. Licensee may install, access, and use the Product within their organization for internal purposes only.
2.2. Licensee may not distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party.
3. Permitted Users:
3.1. Licensee may designate specific employees, contractors, or authorized personnel (“Permitted Users”) to use the Product, provided that they comply with the terms of this Agreement.
4. Restrictions:
4.1. Licensee shall not use the Product for any purpose other than internal business operations.
5. Ownership:
5.1. The Product remains the exclusive property of Licensor, and this Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights.
6. Term:
6.1. This Agreement is attached to the Product and effective immediately by the time Licensee receives the Product.
7. Support and Updates:
7.1. Licensor may provide support and updates at its discretion.
8. Warranty and Liability:
8.1. The Product is provided “as is,” and Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied.
8.2. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
9. Confidentiality:
9.1. Licensee shall treat the Product as confidential and shall take reasonable measures to protect them.
10. Governing Law:
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Indonesia and Licensee’s country.
11. Entire Agreement:
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
By purchasing this Product you declare that you understand and agree to this License Agreement.
